DR. WRIGHT WORKS OUTSIDE OF THE HIGH-VOLUME MEDICAL MODEL AND WILL SPEND THE TIME NECESSARY TO FULLY UNDERSTAND AND PROPERLY MANAGE YOUR COMPLEX CONDITION
Your first visit will consist of a thorough health history and examination. You will have the time needed to discuss your condition, expectations, and ask any questions you may have. If there are no contraindications to care, treatment in the form of adjustments and soft tissue therapies will be applied specific to your needs. Adjustments are comfortable and modified to be as gentle or as powerful as needed. If you’re not comfortable being adjusted initially, other pain relieving modalities can be used. If your condition lies outside of the scope of chiropractic care, you will be referred to the correct specialist. Please have any recent or past imaging, any relevant health information, and list of any medications you are currently taking on hand for your first visit for Dr. Wright to review. Imaging may be required before care in some cases. If necessary you will be referred nearby for quick diagnostic radiographs that can be accessed together at your second visit. Dr. Wright will contact you within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss logistics for the visit, and answer any questions either party may have. All necessary equipment will be supplied by Dr. Wright, and the appointment can occur at a location of your choosing. Access to wall outlets nearby are preferred. This is charged as a new patient visit to establish care. Allow one hour total for this visit.
Your second visit involves assessing your initial response to care. If imaging was ordered, the results will be discussed. Treatment will be continued if indicated, and you will receive in-home rehabilitation exercises, therapies, and modalities to meet your health goals. Allow 45 minutes for this visit. This is charged as an established patient visit.
Subsequent visits will be recommended based on your personal condition and goals. The amount of follow-up visits necessary will vary by patient. At every visit, manipulation, soft tissue care, and preventative or rehabillitation exercises and stretches will be taught and practiced. Other modalities may be implemented as needed. These components will allow for meaningful improvement and the best possible results in the shortest amount of visits. There are no additional charges for these services. These appointments are charged as established patient visits as well.
